This Application is used to display technical information, view LB Foster company contacts, and make requests for field service support by rail industry customers to L. B. Foster Rail Technologies Field Service Group as it relates to friction management products and services.

This Application was developed as part of the L.B. Foster Automation service department (lbfautomation.com). L.B. Foster Automation was established in 2012 with the purpose of automating processes, paper forms and record retrieval using mobile and stationary devices. The purpose of this automation is to help the businesses operate more effectively by accomplishing some of the following: Improved communication, Improved efficiency’s by reducing data entry and look up, Data integrity and reduce entry errors, Environmental impact by reducing waste (paper and toner), Data analytics for reporting, tracking and trending.
